6 Bedroom House in Lincoln

Beautiful 6 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathroom home that is a perfect luxury retreat for families! The updated large kitchen and open concept allows for multiple families to enjoy time together, and still have enough space to spread out across the multiple living and play rooms.
This property is located in Coolidge Falls in Lincoln, New Hampshire and sits right across from Loon Mountain ski resort with amazing views of the slopes! During weekends in the ski season, the bus will pick you up right in front of the house and take you directly to Loon Mountain! In the summer, it's a quick walk or drive to hiking, mountain biking, disc golf, or swimming in the river or at the pools.
The house has four master suites with private bedrooms, and a lower level with a 5th bedroom and separate bunk room that share a another full bathroom. The primary master bedroom has a private steam shower, and the lower level bathroom has a large private cedar sauna.
Outdoor Weber grill has direct hookup to propane line, and house comes with a Charter Membership to the Village of Loon Mountain Swim and Tennis Club which can be used by renters as part of the house rental. Sporting equipment is located in the garage (basketball, football, soccer, pickleball, yard games, wiffelball, tennis, etc.)
**Please Note -- Coolidge Falls is a quiet family community and parties and loud get-togethers are prohibited. Please refer to Association and and house rules included in short-term rental agreement. These rules, as well as occupancy limits, are strictly enforced. Absolutely NO smoking, candles, open flames, portable grills or smokers, fire pits, torches, weapons, or fireworks allowed on the property. EVERY tenant must be 30 years or older to rent (unless they are accompanied by a parent). Copy of license is required to rent.**

Summary: We had the perfect long weekend getaway with my best friends from high school. (And families!) This house allowed us to connect in the beautiful kitchen and family room with views of Loon Mountain. The kids had space in the other living rooms space. Summary: We take an annual getaway to various ski spots throughout New England. This year, we chose Loon, although next year we may return because of the property. My parents described it as “our favorite house we’ve stayed in”. The kitchen is well-equipped, we appreciated all of the bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and the ease of which to get to the mountain. Mike, our host, was kind, responsive, and helpful. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a rental opportunity at Loon.

Summary: House is very well equipped and made it easy to prepare family meals and accommodate young children. Location is right across from Loon Mtn ski resort and very close to the ice castles which were tons of fun for the children. Layout of home was perfect for multi generations to be together and still have private space. Made our annual ski trip extra special.

Summary: My family just returned from a wonderful, 1-week stay in Lincoln. This property was absolutely perfect for our needs. Our group spanned three generations, ranging in age from 2-79. The multi-level layout of the house, together with multiple bathrooms throughout the house, made it possible for each family to have its own space and privacy. Two living rooms meant that the grownups and kids each had a place to hang out. The house is stunningly beautiful, immaculately clean, and includes every amenity, comfort and convenience that can be imagined. The kitchen is fully stocked. For little ones, there is a pack 'n play and booster seat. For older kids (and grownups), there are games and puzzles. There are two steam room/saunas. The location--directly across from Loon Mountain--is ideal and would be especially great during ski season. Our host was easy to reach and a pleasure to deal with. All in all, I can't think of anything more that I would want in a vacation rental. We would return in a heartbeat.

Summary: This is a beautiful, light-filled, spacious house. We had 10 people sleeping there and plenty of beds, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The massive dining room table and breakfast bar accommodated us all and dinner guests also. The well equipped kitchen allowed seven of us to help with meal preparation each night. For people who don’t know the area, there’s plenty to do outdoors: swim, fish, hike along streams, tennis, nearby golf, miniature golf, ropes courses, etc. A perfect vacation.

Summary: We stayed for our third year in a row with 7 adults and 5 children. Plenty of space for us all. Perfect place for summer in the white mountains with access to everything that the Lincoln and North Conway area has to offer. Cannot recommend highly enough!
